  • Freshly prepared three course dinner on five evenings.
  • Afternoon tea laid out for you on your return from the slopes.

From the enchanting flavors of Mediterranean cuisine to the enticing array of culinary traditions from around the world, Silvio and Rheea bring a world of flavors to your table.

A taste of what to expect: 

  • At breakfast, look out for yoghurt, an array of cereals and pastries, along with a range of egg dishes, jams and spreads.
  • To start off your evening perfectly, sip on a glass of fizz around the fire in our cosy living room or with a game of pool.
  • Starter – Butternut Squash chilli and coconut soup, bread, cumin seed butter
  • Main Course – Roast rump of lamb, root vegetable assiette, spinach, pan jus
  • Dessert – Lemon posset, citrus meringue, raspberry sorbet, toasted almonds
